Hope you all had a HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!
Jun and I had a date night of eating at Cafe Rio and watching High School Musical 3. It was our first night together this week because I was on the road traveling Sunday through Friday. I spent the first part of the week training in Chicago (where it snowed!), and then went on to a warmer Nebraska where there is a huge plant that does slaughtering and fabrication of beef. The plant is located in Grand Island, NE (where they actually did have the largest inland island until they built a dam). That will be my last of travels because I'm now 6 1/2 months along!

Just before leaving on my trip, one of the managers told me a horror story about one of his pregnant lady friends who was 7 months pregnant and traveling to Ogden, UT from Arizona to go to a friend's baby shower. While traveling by plane (maybe because of the change in elevation or the stress of traveling?) her water popped, and now she is in the hospital and will be stuck in Utah for at least 6 weeks (They will try to keep the baby in her for at least another 3 weeks, and then will do neo-natal care).

I seem to be getting a lot of pregnancy horror stories from my co-workers lately (mostly from the women about labor)...I don't know if it's just because of Halloween, or if a growing belly spurs such stories! I came home after listening to one of those stories, and asked Jun what he thought labor would be like. He told me he saw himself rushing to the hospital and then finding me there smiling with a beautiful, clean baby boy in my arms. :)
I don't think I'll share any of the horror stories with him!

In this blog, you'll see more pictures of my growing belly! The first picture was taken 3 weeks ago...and the rest of the pictures are of me now at 6 1/2 months! Next week will be the last week in my second trimester and then I'll be on to the last trimester!
Kenta is becoming more active and wanpaku (michievious)! He turns over, and kicks and punches. There's sometimes when I slouch or forget to eat right on schedule because I get busy and that's when he starts attacking my bladder and

makes me constanty run to the bathroom! I can imagine him either jumping on it like a kid who just discovered a water bed or is gleefully splashing in all the puddles on a rainy day. Or sometimes it feels like he's Muhammed Ali attacking my bladder like a speed bag. So wanpaku!
We also went to an awesome Real Soccer game where they played against Dallas (in their new soccer stadium!) and won a chance to the playoffs (which they will be playing in today)! We went with Chisa and Gordon McClemore and had a blast. Chisa just told us that she's three months pregnant right now too! :)
Kenta could here all the cheers, band, and noise makers and was very active during the whole game! He will be a soccer fan just like his dad!
