The doctor said that the baby was 10 weeks old and is due on February 14th--Valentine's Day! What a pleasant surprise :) And Jun was able to see the ultrasound before he had to take off for school. That was such a blessing! It's a big, healthy baby (around 2 1/2 inches). Jun said that when he saw the baby, he felt something interesting in his heart. For the first time, he felt like this was the real thing.
At 10 weeks, the baby's gender is already decided, but it's too hard to see by ultrasound. We'll know the gender by the next visit (at 14 weeks!). None of these pictures are of our baby (we did find a picture online of what our baby looked like when we had the ultrasound, and what it looks like in real life at 10 weeks), but we'll make sure that we save the ultrasound when we find out what gender the baby is!
